Mgr. Martina Schneiderová, Ph.D.

Martina je akademickým pracovníkem Katedry společenských věd VŠB–Technické univerzity Ostrava, kde působí jako pedagog a spolupracuje na vědecko-výzkumných i rozvojových projektech, zejména v oblasti rozvoje měkkých dovedností, krizového a stres managementu. Podílí se na dalším vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků, spolupracuje s profesionálními i dobrovolnými záchrannými složkami, podniky a organizacemi různého zaměření při tvorbě kompetenčních modelů, realizaci vzdělávacích aktivit, koučinku, assessment a development center.

Martina Schneiderová, Ph.D.

Martina is an academic staff member of the Department of Social Studies of the VŠB–Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, where she works as a teacher and collaborates on scientific research and development projects, especially in the field of soft skills development, crisis and stress management. She participates in the education of teaching staff, cooperates with professional and voluntary rescue units, businesses and organizations of various orientations in the creation of competency models, implementation of educational activities, coaching, assessment and development centres.
